Worked as a strategy consultant on projects in payments, digital identity and data sharing, from a business, tech and legal perspective. Side projects in (post-quantum) cryptography and machine learning.
Projects
• For a multinational financial services corporation, we advised on the global GTM-strategy for their digital identity solution. In a team of 7 we improved their operating model and assisted their efforts to launch pilots worldwide.
• For NLIP, we co-created and launched a scheme for data sharing in the logistics sector. I was product owner and technical advisor to parties implementing the iSHARE agreements.
